I got my master’s degree in counseling from Indiana University. I work with individuals, bothadults and teens. My counseling experience includes working with grief, trauma, anxiety, anddepression. I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, providing affirmingcounseling and counseling that addresses LGBTQ+ specific concerns. My treatment modalitiesinclude person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

work with clients to identify their needs, and their treatment is shaped to best fit those needs.
Everyone’s journey is different, and I am here to support clients regardless of what that journey
looks like. I provide care that validates one’s identity, emotions, and experiences, and I provide
a space where clients can feel safe to be themselves and share their emotions and experiences
without fear of judgment.
